Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel a course if we receive insufficient bookings, whereupon any course fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.

Booking Cancellations & Transfers

All booking cancellations/transfers must be notified in writing and are subject to the following charges:-

6 – 10 working days incl.	25% of course fee	None	No charge, provided the new course date is within 3 months of the original course

All above prices are exclusive of VAT

Substitutes

Delegates may be substituted at no additional charge
