Overview:
Based on the requirements of the current version of ISO 9001:2000 this course introduces the delegates to basic Quality Management Systems.
This course can also be held "in house" which then gives the opportunity
to relate the course content to the organisations existing systems.
Aims & Objectives:
The objective of this course is to:
- provide delegates with a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems
- enable delegates to initiate preparation of a Quality Management System
for formal certification to ISO 9001:2000.
