Aims & Objectives:
To examine Aspergers syndrome from a very humanistic perspective with the
intention, enabling workers to understand people who they support.
Course Outline:
- Considering the diagnostic criteria for Aspergers Syndrome
- Examining how the features of the condition may present
- Looking at effective strategies to support people living with Aspergers Syndrome.

Participants will be invited to complete evaluation forms and will be encouraged
to discuss their learning and future development needs with their supervisor/manager.
