Aims & Objectives:

On completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

  • List the most common causes of stress in the workplace

  • Describe the most common symptoms caused by stress.
  • Practice a simple breathing technique that can help them release some of the stress induced chemicals in the body
  • Develop a personal and achievable action plan for how they intend to cope more effectively with stress in the future.
