Overview:

Effective commercial management of construction projects is vital in order for companies to obtain and to carry out work at a profit to ensure their survival.

This course takes delegates through the principles of commercial management, the procurement stage, and on to an overview of contracts, financial reporting and dispute resolution during the construction stage.

Aims & Objectives:

To enable delegates to:
