Specialist Sub-Contractors exist for every trade within the Construction Industry and as such they form a large proportion of a Contractor's expenditure on a project. It is essential that companies therefore manage these resources in an effective and cost efficient manner to ensure a satisfactory outcome to the project.

The training session is run on an interactive basis and incorporates a number of group exercises in addition to elements of PowerPoint presentation.
