This course covers the role of the Project Manager under an NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC), and also the appointment of a consultant to that role using the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC).

Case Study Workshop:

The Workshop will deal with issues arising under the Engineering and Construction and Professional Services Contract.

This course consists of lectures supported by interactive case studies.
