Overview

This course covers the role of the Project Manager under an NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC) and also the appointment of a consultant to that role using the NEC3 Professional Services Contract (PSC).

Aims & Objectives:

At the end of the course participants should be able to:

  • Appreciate the role of the Project Manager under the Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC)
  • Be able to appoint a Project Manager using the Professional Services Contract (PSC)

Case Study Workshop:

The Workshop will deal with issues arising under the Engineering and Construction and Professional Services Contract.

This course consists of lectures supported by interactive case studies.

Practitioners who will be acting as Project Managers under an NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract and clients who will be appointing a Project Manager using the Professional Services Contract (PSC).
