Overview:

This one-day course course will provide a brief overview of the JCT 2016 family of contracts, but primarily focussing on the Design and Build Contract (DB16) and practical aspects of managing the contract.

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the structure and more important clauses of the Design and Build Contract.
  • Appreciate the roles and responsibilities of the key parties.
