To enable participants to update their knowledge of Race Relations legislation and consider the cultural differences between ethnic groups so that they may deal with all people in a positive and inclusive way

• Increase their awareness of the background regarding immigration to Britain
• Learn about the contribution of ethnic minorities to British culture
• Understand how different cultures & religion may affect the workplace
• Update their knowledge of the Race Relations Amendment Act 2000
